Frontrunners is an annual JavaScript and web developers conference held in the Washington, DC area! The next Frontrunners will be March 10, 2023 in Arlington, VA at GMU's Van Metre Hall (formerly Founders Hall).

UPDATE (Nov 22): Unfortunately, we have to postpone Frontrunners due to a recent family issue. We asked the venue to help us reschedule to early Spring. Hopefully, we will have a replacement date very soon, probably next week.

UPDATE (Dec 2): We have a replacement date, March 10th. We will see you then.

Keynote Speaker: Allison McMillan

Frontrunners is proud to announce Allison McMillan as our keynote speaker!

Allison McMillan is the VP of Engineering at QuotaPath. She's worn many hats in multiple industries as a community builder, managing director, and software engineer. She has also been an engineering leader at DEV and GitHub.

Allison started a podcast about being a parent in tech, Parent Driven Development and is the board president of Ruby Central. She is an internationally recognized keynote speaker and speaks on a variety of topics including building interactive workshops for engineers, working remotely, and more.

When she's not coding, you can find her encouraging her son's climbing skills, being both proud and annoyed about her daughter's sassiness, or pretending she has time to bake.
